This New Year’s Eve, Good Company Bar Group – the crew behind The Emerson and Electric – are taking over the St Kilda Sea Baths for NYE With Good Company, and Republica is front and centre.

Across the beachfront, four of Melbourne’s leading venues unite for one massive celebration.
Electric brings a full house music takeover to Republica, transforming our beachfront courtyard into a sunset-to-midnight dance floor.
Meanwhile, The Emerson brings its signature R&B energy upstairs at Captain Baxter – all with prime views of the St Kilda fireworks.

With cocktails by the ocean, front-row sunset moments, and the best vantage point for the fireworks along the bay, Republica is where you want to be when the countdown hits zero.
